- While I agree with both above articles, the truth is that users does not understand 5 stars rating. In the end, there are always halve stars added. Additionally, when the rating is 7 than everyone knows that it is 7 of 10. Rating 5 provides a confusion: Is it 5 of 5? Or 5 of 10?
